I keep getting local calls like this from numbers that have the same prefix as mine. Same thing for my wife's phone number. If I call back it's always a guy answering sounding like someone from the Indian subcontinent or maybe Pakistan. They play dumb so I don't know what to say but I keep getting more calls.
