they called me and asked for me, when i asked who was calling they hung up on me
When I answer, nothing is there. No one speaks and I don't hear any background sounds
this number called a left message to call back, or they would take legal action. They identified themselves as internal revenue service, What next. When will these people give up on trying to steal money from honest individuals.
Recorded call... speaking what seems to be Chinese... probably call back bait for scammers
