I didn't answer the call but just let is rang out. Wonder if it is a legit caller or not?
They use an automated recording with a female speaking in a Spanish dialect when they call. When I've called the number, they answer the phone differently each time, many times posing as Arch Bishop Hoban High School. I'm sure the school would be quite upset since this is not even their number!

The assholes that run this scam claim you’re under investigation for no fucking reason and when you call them it literally sounds like a busy call center and not the IRS.
