This is an annoying scammer.
Got a call, recorded message saying I had 4 items against me pertaining to my tax filing (did not say if it was IRS, State or Local Taxes!). Told me to call the number back or I would be taken into custody by the 'cops' (really?). I highly doubt a legitimate call would call the policy the "cops"! Needless to say, I never called them back!
Automated caller said something about fraud and they are going to arrest me if I don't call the office or phone number they give out.
