This number seems to be some sort of scammmer or fake collection agency. I called it back and it asked me if I wanted to do an automated payment over the phone. I have nothing in collections, so I can only assume that it is fake. I blocked the number.

Left message so I called back from a different number. Said they are the IRS and in 15-20 minutes he's going to draw up papers to send an agent after me. I said I wanted to speak to his manager and he said you can't speak to anyone else. He said he didn't have time to talk to me and hung up.
