This is a robocall stating "You have not paid your IRS taxes in years. You have been authorized to receive free tax help to avoid garnishment of your paycheck and bank accounts. No credit card is needed. I repeat free tax help and no credit card is needed. Please hold."
Failed to state I'm in Houston, TX area.
Numerous calls but leaves NO MESSAGE.
