Caller ID on phone says a Robert Howell was calling - however the phone number belonging to a Mr. Ford according to google - caller did not have the courtesy to leave a voice mail - obviously a telemarketer, con, fraud or liar otherwise caller ID would have matched up and caller would have left a voice mail

Was informed this call was from Canada Revenue and that my file was under investigation by said Agency and my S.I.N. number would be "red flagged" and serious consequence would happen if i did not call their office immediately.
