Each day at 5pm, I receive a spam caller from a 571-721-xxxx number. No message, the scammer just calls and calls daily. On 9-25-2018 the number was 571-721-7890 Arlington, VA. How can this be stopped?

They had and recording Saying I had received an free night @ Hilton hotels. Once it got to the scammer taking with an accent I could not understand, I asked where are you from, I got hung up on, & was not able to call back the number cause It has been disconnected

I'd answered and was asked for by name. When I informed them that I could not take calls at work, I was promptly hung up on. The person was heavily accented (perhaps middle eastern). From that and past experience, I deduce that it was a collection agency scam attempting to collect on an invalid debt.
