Sounds like busy call center in background. Spoke with 2 men with heavy accents. They said they represent U.S. Savings Center who represents many insurance agencies (for homeowner and auto insurance) who would call me and give quotes on buying their insurance, in order to lower policy premiums.
I am getting harrassing text messages from this person over a puppy my son has for sale. I tried to call several times but they will not answer. After the first call they did text me back running their mouth again. Someone has nothing better to do than harrassing others.

it's a recorded call saying attempting to avoid initial appearance before the magistrate judge or exempt jury for a federal criminal offense" . I have been no where near NY and do believe this is a BIG SCAM call.
