Refuse to allow them to record the call and then they will hang up!
I didn’t answer. Caller left message that was a recorded message. The beginning was cut off but the message was something about something was filed against my name (or in my name) with the U.S. government and then it said some kind of threat that the government was going to do ??? They wanted me to call back at the same number. Phishing
