I just received the same call, and was told it was my final notice from the credit bureau, and that charges are being filed against me, and that I will be arrested, and they will see me, in the courthouse.....I smell bullshit!

Caller mentioned as Allie who is interested in some property at 65 W Grove Ave, presumably mine. This same message has arrived via other text numbers, each one in turn blocked. I presume this to be a scam.
I answered the phone, no one there.
