This number left a robo message to opt out press 3 or press 1 to complete process. I waited and then called the number back. It is a disconnected number. I have received several calls from thus number.
This number was used in relation to an "expired auto warranty" scam. Automated recording. Hung up immediately.
Voice on the other end Just says hello 2-4 times than hangs up. Both male and female voice have an Indian accent. I believe this to be a scam.

Caller, when asked, could not identify what phone number she was calling from. Scammer using unassigned local numbers to get people to answer the phone...
Said do not hang up, you got problems with the government. I said F-U. Scammer call. OFF WITH THERE BALLS!!!
