Number has called me so far today 5 times... wont say anything when i pick up and when i call it back, an operator say's the number isn't in service...but obviously it is... beginning to piss me off...

Foreign sounding man said it was to lower credit card rates, knew what type of cards I use and how many I have, but wouldn't give the company name he works for, or how he got that info. Tried to obtain most recent charges/purchase & last minimum payment amount prior to ending the call while he was in the middle of speaking
