The caller id is "wireless caller" and the messages states they have been monitoring your credit card accounts and your on-time payments, you may be eligible for a 0% credit card. Looks like a scam to me.

They were cladding to be the IRS and that we were under arrest and our property to be seized unless we contact them immediately. We didn't call of coarse but they would demand we pay what we supposely owe or legal matters would start. Total bullcrap.
