He was running a scan, more like scam, when I searched 312-239-0059 and Billy Lockhart came up but so did Level 3 communications. Neither was Microsoft. Shut down computer and called the number back. It went to a busy signal.
727-343-4046 "St Petersburg FL" was caller id. Left no message, which usually means marketing/solicitor/etc.
