Recording stating this is Alert system for visa master card. Receive this same call multiple times each week from various numbers.
At 7:00 this morning I received a phone call from this number. VERY RUDE to call at that hour. I didn't answer it. My answering machine picked it up. Whoever it was didn't leave a message.
Called and hang up Missed number
No one spoke just sounded like a whining noise.
