This caller is perpetuating a scam telling people they are with the Federal Reserve Bank of NY and the person has received a grant. To get the grant they have to purchase Itunes gift cards and/or sent money via Western Union.
"I cannot reach you. Please call me urgent on same number 520 274 810 204 Grant." Google transcription from voicemail. Listening to it I think it gave the number then said for your grant. Not sure exactly the end of the message.
Called me, then hung up.
