I don't answer numbers I don't recognize, but I keep getting calls from the (763) 439 exchange. I believe them to be sales calls, but because I don't answer, I don't know for sure.

The usual scam recording when I answer. Say they are with my credit card company ( I have no such card) and want to talk to me about the rate. Just more losers not getting anywhere with me.
If you call this # back it indicates this # has been disconnected. Don't these people have anything better to do??
