My phone blocks all 270-719 calls so anytime a call that begins with these numbers comes in I automatically know that it is a robo-dialer using caller ID spoofing to try to trick me into believing it is someone local.
Scammer suspect - no message left.
Initially starts as an already in progress recorded message saying something about this call being about a critical maps update, then asks you to select a menu option based on whether you're a business or personal contact. I hung up on them, so no idea where it goes from there. I think it's safe to assume they're running some sort of scam.
