Say they are the IRS and there's warrants out for me and I will be taken into custody. SCAM
Number sends text message with link . Unknown number to me. Will not identify thereself. Just responds by resending link. I will not click on a link when unsure who has sent it.
Called at 6:30 am. When I called back, it sounded like a phone bank, but they would not identify themselves. Could hardly understand the man at the other end.
