Keeps calling. Answered twice, told them they had the wrong number. Keep calling. Blocked the number but still sometimes get voice mails with just back ground talking and noise.
This number called my cell phone, and when I answered, they said "hello, can you hear me?". Once I replied "yes", they hung up. I called that number back, and a different person answered. When I explained that the previous caller hung up on me, that person then hung up on me. I have a feeling the call was just to record my voice saying "yes".
Calls every day. Pick it up no one talks. Call it back no one talks.

Received 2nd automated call on cell phone to reduce credit card interest. Option 3 to speak to "agent" to stop the phone calls. Agent had strong central African accent. Wanting credit card info to "lower a Barclay interest rate." I WOULD GUESS THAT EVERYBODY WOULD BE ON TO THESE TYPE SCAMS BY NOW!!!!!
