Caller ID said Joan McClain, who happens to be an 89 year old lady in Ohio. However, the caller (in a call center with a bunch of background noise) who had an East Indian accent told me he was a cyber security expert. This number has been spoofed.

Seems like someone has bought up a block of 203-641---- numbers for the sole and express purpose of scamming the public. I never pick these up and simply block them later. There is NEVER a message, so I consider them not legitimate calls.
