This is a scam call. They want to lower your credit card something or other. I asked to be removed from their list and the person got snarky with me.

I did not answer this call. There was a message left indicating that this was their final attempt to contact me that there was an IRS criminal investigation for tax evasion and 4 charges against me. The IRS would not call and leave a message. I have received no less than 6 of these calls from this number.
