Texted unsolicited to try to buy my home out from under me. Had personal information on me already. Those people are evil incarnate.
Chang, Rich and same scammer from this # but ending in 1223, with a name of Jenkins, Christo. Answers, says nothing but a moan. I can hear background noise like a TV or something. This is a real person not a computer calling. Finally when I say something several times and he makes a stupid little noise then he hangs up.
