I just got same call...9,000.00 grant from federal gov. I called fema because I'm a flood victim of Harvey this is a scam I reported this call
Caller did not leave a message. So I know it's a scam or a sales pitch. I routinely do not answer calls whose numbers I don't recognize. Usually if legitimate, they will leave a message.
Don't recognize the number, did not leave a voicemail.
Pretty sure it's a scam. It was an automated message about lowering my credit card APR, but no credit card company was mentioned.
This person make threats via text to someone they do not even know, sick people in the world.
