It is a scam.
They called, i picked up, put the phone to my ear and as i did that i believe i heard a beep noise, but i stayed quiet and after about 5 secconds the number hung up.
Recorded message saying There is a legal enforcement action being filed for fraudulent use of my Social Security number
When u call back.. it says "IT CANT BE COMPLETED AS DIALED"..=Z
