I get two to three calls daily from this number. Call goes to voicemail, but no message left.

Curvature showed up on caller ID and a woman began talking nonstop over my 'what is this regarding"? Then the line buffeted badly and I couldn't hear clearly a single word what she said. After her nonstop mumbling, she said clearly "ok, based on the information you have given me"... I hadn't so I hung up and blocked call.
