Automated message claims the call is from Google offering ad deal - when I continued I asked the live rep who he worked for and he hung up.
This is an illegal scam. First, nobody with the name mentioned lives here. Second, if there are legal papers to be served, as the unidentified caller states, they don't call ahead to make sure somebody is there to receive them. A SCAM.
It's being used for a scam. The computer generated voice wants me to call them back to receive grant money. Since I have never applied for a grant (and you ALWAYS have to apply), I know it is a scam.
