Said they were from IRS but use improper grammar. Said I have 24 hours to respond or I will be taken under arrest by the "cops"
I just got a phone call from a number of 740-543-2364 saying my house was on fire, I ask him are you saying my house is on fire, and he hung up on me really, I try calling the number back and was told the number can't be reached
This number keeps calling my phone. Never leaves a message, and when I pick up and answer, there is nobody there, they never answer back. WTF?

Claimed to be Jonathan Knight from IRS. if disregard message it will be taken as an offense. I did not call the number back, only listened to the message.
The lady began texting my phone after I sent a text starting she was a scam
