This # called my cell phone 3 times in the last 24 hours. Caller id said "scam likely."
Scam call trying to find out information and pretending to be Capital One Credit Card company. States they can lower my interest rate. When I asked for a number to call back they told me that there was not a number to call back they were trying to lower my interest rate on my current card which they named the specific card. I then hung up.
