The caller is a scam artist who has attempted to scam me out of my $1,400 (rent money). He pretends his name is "Donald", he sends texts from "7868865673". He also pretends to be in "Texas". He also wants to receive my rent money by "e-transfer".He also pretends to own an expensive detached house at "7 Elora Rd, Toronto, ON M6P 3H5".
KEEP GETTING CALLS FROM 580-630-XXXX.... 8 SO FAR. NEVER ANYBODY THERE WHEN I ANSWER. WHEN I CALL BACK MESSAGE SAYS THE NUMBERS ARE NOT IN SERVICE. WTF??? VERY ANGRY.................
It was a text message stating that it’s from Brenton, with a link attached. The link was a scam/spam site.
