Came up on caller ID as Lexington Manor which is an assisted living facility in Florida. When I answered they said they wanted to lower the interested rate on my credit cards. I told them to take me off their list and they said they did but I don't believe them.
Received automated call stating IRS was filing a lawsuit against me and to call back at this number.

A person who knew my name but I don’t know them claimed to be a realtor wanting to buy my home
Scam! This number called and I let it go to VM. No voice message left. When I called back, the number is out of service.
