Sounds like busy call center in background. Spoke with 2 men with heavy accents. They said they represent U.S. Savings Center who represents many insurance agencies (for homeowner and auto insurance) who would call me and give quotes on buying their insurance, in order to lower policy premiums.

This is a scammer who rings the phone over 25 times have now blocked this # suggest all do the same!!!1
A call claiming to be from employment security saying it was my last chance to avoid criminal charges before a federal judge etc... total scam. Don't believe it. Employment security is state not federal and would send a letter, many letters, before they took you to court and it wouldn't be a federal judge.
