Want to k ow nature of this missed call don't know anybody from Pendleton area think scam bcz camp Pendleton is completely shut down yet that's where call originated from weird. Military base or marines calling me I don't think so
Scam threatening to have you arrested, poses as the IRS.
Texting to see if I've heard of PCH, that my name was on a winner's list and I number to call and speak to a Steve Jordan to get my money, but I have to send money to pay for taxes.
Scam call claims to be from Chinese Embassy asking you to follow the prerecorded instruction to claim a 'letter' or 'package' on-hold at the Embassy.
So I just had a call from a very angry guy who wanted to speak with a Pastor. He said he had been calling churches in five different counties all morning and hadn't been able to get a hold of a pastor yet and when he finds one he is going to throw them over the hood of his car and wring his neck. Sounds like a really nice guy.
