Total scam. Guy with an Asian accent says he is a police officer and you owe money to the IRS. Says they are filing court papers to have you arrested. Plus he started flirting saying I have to be beautiful because I have a beautiful voice. Seriously??
I have received many calls from the 408-691-xxxx prefix which have been spam calls and I'm guessing this was another one. Call was disconnected a few seconds after answering.
Heavy accent, cannot understand.
