The caller recorded message says he (Raphael) buys and sells property throughout the Kansas City Metro Area for investments and looking to buy in my neighborhood. Asked if I'd consider a cash offer. I can pick my closing date. Wants me to text or call if I'm not interested. I think it's a phishing scam to get money or access to my deposit account.
They left a voicemail that I have warrants out for my arrest for 4 serious allegations. It was an automated voicemail. And to call back or the local police would arrest me. I have no warrants and have never been in trouble with the law. This is clearly a scam to get money. I did not call back and will not.
Called my cell phone, but didn’t leave a message. Number was blocked.
