I got a call from this number on my cell. When I picked up I heard a woman yell "Hello". When I said hello there was a recorded message telling me about billing changes to a credit card which I do not have. I hung before hearing the entire message.

Getting spam messaging with a link to open. This has been happening with multiple numbers. Of course, I do not open the links but, it is clear someone stole my information and is spamming. I am on do not call lists, etc. I block the numbers every time so they use different numbers almost daily

Answered phone and a recording came on and said the irs would be sending cops to arrest me if I did not call back...I called number back and spoke to actual person...I asked if their employees really used the term cops instead of police officer...the reply was word for word "then fuck you!". I had a good laugh.
