I have a recording from this number twice today saying they are SSA and there is a legal enforcement matter of fraudulent activity on my social security number and to call before It went to Supreme Court or I was arrested. Had 3 calls total in 2 weeks
Texted my dad asking who He was and then said they knew him. And said nothing else. Calls his phone often. When I texted they " knew nothing" of coarse. Spam # I think
When son answered phone, said we've (caller and myself) has been playing phone all morning. Son said to call my on my cell phone. caller asked for my number and was told, if he'd been playing phone tag, I would have given him my cell number since I was at work. Have no idea who this guy was or why he was calling. Sure it's a scam of some sort.
Claims to be investigating crimes tied to your social security number. This isn't how you would be notified of such. I smell scam.
