Left threatening message demanding i call them back. Click at front gives impression that part of message where they identify themselves was cut off from voicemail prompting you to think it may be a current biller or vendor. If it was IRS it would have come in a FEW letters sent first and be from valid 800 number from irs.gov.
An unwanted call from this Santa Barbara number was received in violation of the Do Not Call law. When the answering machine picked up, there was dead silence -- a strong sign of robocallers (unlawful telemarketers) who shamelessly prey on the public.
