Scam call from IRS saying they attempted to contact me for 6 months to no avail so they have taken out an arrest warrant for me for failing to settle a tax issue. Called from 608-466-4233 and want a return call immediately. Like that will ever happen!

this number when i answered had a scammer calling but it is a legitamate number the scammer managed to go through. i called this number and talked to the owner of the number who said scammers had been using her number. If scammers are smart enough to do this why aren't technological geniuses smart enough to prevent or stop these invasions?
