Really, called on the 4th of July? Left message wanting to talk about my student loan that I don’t have. Probably a scammer using a spoofed number.

Recorded message they could save me big money on credit card. Live operation from ""Card Services" asked how many credit cards and outstanding balance. I told him if he didn't already know, we do not have a business relationship, my number is on national do not call registry and he was violating Fed law. He hung up.
when I called the number back. The person who answered tried to sound like they didnt speak english. Its a scam I think.
Has called every single day for 5 days.
