Insurance scam. Left a voice mail like I was having a conversation with him. When my voice mail answered he was in the middle of telling the mail he would transfer my call to another customer service agent. Insurance for car repairs. This guy was apparently trying to make his quota pretending to talk to me and not my voice mail.
