It said though my text "Sorry but our office didn't get your forms for reduced school debt payments. Let us konw by phone before 5pm as soon as possible
Responded to a Craigslist ad I had and asked for a secret code. Craigslist says this is a scam where the caller tries to get access to the phone number of the Craigslist post owner for illegal use of their phone number.
