Keeps calling, doesn/t leave a message, but when I call this number, there is a recording stating that "this number is no longer in service". SO WHY DOES THAT NUMBER KEEP CALLING 3 TIMES IN A MATTER OF 5 MINUTES OVER AND OVER AGAIN?
They ask for me by name and hang up! This has happed 4 times in the last 3 days! I assume it is nefarious but how are they using my info!?!

Caller told me there was a warrant for my arrest by the IRS due to my recent fraudulent tax filing. Idiots! I haven't filed yet!
I'm becoming suspicious of calls from the 691 prefix, which coincidentally is the same as the prefix on my cell phone. I've had numerous recent unknown callers from this 691 prefix, and so I'm not at all confident this is not some kind of scam.
