Called me on my cell at about noon 2019 Jun 10. Couldn't understand the a-hole so I hung up and blocked the number. Probably a spoofed phone number anyway.

Get a lot of calls from 433 numbers, leave no message, just hang up. Blocked them all.
Hoo is this that called me
They called pretending to be from the IRS and threatening jail and arrest by the local police department. They stated that this will happen within 24 hours if I do not call their number and resolve this issue. Hahaha
I missed this call . the person said my last name with a very dramatic tone
