Wondering why calls are attempted but no voicemail is left. Must not be an important or legitimate call. So I do not answer.

775-384-0016 shows up as Authority on my phone yet they never leave a message. If they can't leave a message then I will not return the call. I've never picked it up to talk to them nor have I returned the call. I see here that it has neutral tandem as the company name from another post. This makes me wonder what's going on with this number.
Guy called my work identifying himself as Eric from Duke Energy. Said he had a work order to turn off power to my business. I asked for his name and correct spelling... He said Eric, but wouldn't give me his last name. He said "Aren't' you afraid of having your power turned off"... I couldn't contain my laughter, and he hung up.
