He kept calling and mumbling about warrants, sex with a foreigner, crack and heroine and etc. I blocked his calls, he left 24 messages within 2 hours.
Some Arabic telling me he is from the IRS and I have to send him iPhone cards to pay a debt or I will be arrested by my local police!

Caller stated their name was Ryan and they went to local elementary school. Caller was able to solicit pictures (not inappropriate in nature) from 9 year old child. Use caution when answering this number.
