Someone posing as a officer of a made up San Francisco drug enforcement organization trying to give the shakedown for people who get on "Internet Pharmacy" spam lists assuming that at some point they will hit someone who had actually bought drugs without a prescription and will "make a deal" over the phone. I haven't heard this one in years!
The number cannot receive incoming calls.
Starts off with a pause & silence and then "Hello. Do not hang up." At this point though I did hang up. I've received calls from this number before and if memory serves its something about reducing my credit card rate. Blocked now.
