Missed call. Tried calling back and says call can’t be completed as dialed.

calling talking about bougus law suite and threats of police
I'm not sure what this number is, but I do consistently get missed calls from them and every time they leave an 11 second voicemail that is just a ringing sound the whole time. It's vaguely creepy, but it's been a year since they started and at this rate I'm almost a little scared to answer bc of the cryptic ringing LOL
