He has call the library numbers and home numbers. He always begins with, "You're harder to get a hold of than my grandpa!" Then he says he's with the fraternal order of police. I was warned at work just to hang up on him. He calls every phone line.

This seems to be a scam. They claim that they are calling on behalf of the IRS and request a call back. It does not sound credible.

actual guy, answering machine message was talking so fast, couldn't hear what company he was with and he had a lot of probably BS letters after his name to sound professional, although there were too many border lining comical. He spoke regular English no accent. It is someone local to me in Denver CO.
